Meet EPRA – Leadership and Entrepreneurial Awards 2019 Host.
The Legendary Broadcaster, Chief Mrs Toyin Jaiye-Daramola.
An eloquent speaker, confident and articulate compere events host be it weddings, birthdays, conferences or award ceremony etc. Her sonorous voice as well as the command of the language both English and Yoruba endears her to her audience.
Toyin started her Broadcasting career in 1976 as a Studio Manager with the Nigerian Broadcasting Corporation – NBC (now Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria – FRCN). She later moved to Radio Lagos in 1977 as a program presenter. She was one of the pioneer staff at Radio Lagos Ikeja Nigeria and the originator and first presenter of that popular programme ‘ORE MI’ – A chit chat programme which focused on societal ills.
She joined the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA Abeokuta) in 1979 also as a pioneer staff and the first Continuity Announcer to be employed by the station. She was a former programmes Presenter/ Newscaster at the Nigerian Television Authority.
She later formed her own company Toyin Adeyi & Associates, a Management/ Public Relations Outfit where she held various training workshops for Local Government Personnel in both Ogun and Oyo States of Nigeria in the 90s.
She was the former Chief Executive of Toblash Media Ltd, a television production outfit based in the UK. She was the former host of the TV Talk Show ‘Mama Tee Special’ – a half hour programme that weekly captures insight as well as portrays the life, career, struggles, challenges and experiences of the guest who occupies a leadership position in any area of endeavour.
She studied Dramatic Arts at the then University of Ife now Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife. Because of her quest to acquire more knowledge, Toyin proceeded to the University of East London (UEL) in 2014 at the age of 57 to study Law. She obtained her LLB Hons degree in Law at the age of 60 with a Second Class Upper Division (2:1).
A recipient of many awards, she got the Best Narrator Award for a Docu- Drama at the Nigerian television Authority during Telefest in a documentary titled ‘ ‘Empress without Kingdom’ in 1988. Cultural Ambassador Award by FORAA Awards in 2013. Best Nigerian UK Events MC/ Compere awars in 2013 and many more. She is currently a freelance Broadcaster, Broadcast Consultant in the UK. Toyin Jaiye-Daramola is married to Otunba Jaiyeola Daramola and they are blessed with children.

Ms Bola Abudu JP. Is a radio and television presenter since 2003, a professional with over 20 years in the entertaining industry?
As a previous students of Oyo State Polytechnics Ibadan Nigeria. She was crowning Miss Sophisticate for period of 3 terms in the 90’s in Nigeria. She became a socialite organizing social event for Kwara State Polytechnics as a student of the college within 1988-1989 respectively, taken strong part in election of the school union etc.
She organizes and hosts functions for Singles Lover’s Night Outing and many other functions that require the invitation of dignitaries within west region of Nigeria and beyond. She is a Founder/CEO Aspiring Youths Organisation UK a charity that cares for the less privilege and vulnerable youths and their family.
Bola a professional MC capable of handling and managing various types of occasion like awards ceremony, conferences, seminars both home and abroad with good quality professional touch.
She is a woman of good repute, bundle of experiences and zeal in handling and anchoring traditional engagement of various types within different race and ethnic’s background.
